Quadient will arrange for the set-up of a franking licence with Royal Mail on your behalf. The shipping address that you supply will be used to set-up your licence with Royal Mail. It’s important that this is correct – a new licence is required to use a franking machine at a different address.
As part of your first payment there is an amount of £30 for postage. Quadient pass this money to Royal Mail and it’s then available to download and use on your franking machine.
